Dr Schär - The Allergy And Free From Shows

ABOUT THE BRAND

Dr. Schär UK seeks to promote the quality of life for those on a gluten and/or wheat free diet through the provision of its three brands: DS – gluten free and Trufree in retail and Glutafin in healthcare. It aims to make it easier for people with special dietary requirements by offering quality products and ongoing support and advice.

THE TASK

Design, build and install a 17m x 10m exhibition stand for the Allergy and Free From Show at Glasgow SEC, Olympia and the Liverpool Exhibition Centre. The stand was to have 4m high walls and provide sampling opportunities for the Dr Schär range of pizza’s, pasta and garlic bread.

THE SOLUTION

The stand was designed to have the appearance of an Italian street food market with three stalls for each food type. Commercial ovens and hobs were used for the cooking. Vacform bricks were used to create the walls. Our branded Piaggio was used as an additional sampling station.

THE RESULTS

The Glasgow event was cancelled because of the snow (we were there for the build – but no customers!). Olympia was a great success, despite over ordering on the food supplies we came close to running out of stock. Bring it on Liverpool!
