Immerse were tasked with creating a live pop-up utilising an unused retail store in Soho London. We were asked to create an engaging breakfast set up focusing on key influencers and press in which to showcase Norac’s range of vegan pastries. This was followed by a total store re-fit into an afternoon ‘vegan plantisserie’ café for consumers to enjoy the delightful vegan range on offer.
We created a beautifully designed ‘La Plantisserie’, installing a huge and visually impressive floral window display. Using real flowers and real plants, passers-by were immediately stopped in their tracks and selfie taken! The stunt was to encourage people to engage with our staff and the brand/products. Immerse fully branded the store for a free morning breakfast and re-fitted the store for an afternoon consumer rush.
During this single day’s activation, we gave away over 14,000 vegan croissants, pain au chocolat and other delicious pastries. The internal theming was extremely well received both for the breakfast and the afternoon do, with free coffees and an Instagramable plant wall. The floral window display was a terrific incentive for people to participate both from the street and via social media interaction.
